You will get the opportunity to challenge the difficult areas of your life and together, we’ll move you into action with greater purpose, confidence, and direction.
My Holistic Approach
With so much noise in the outside world and so many thoughts running through your head, it can be hard to hear what you truly want, or to know how to achieve it. A holistic approach taps into the knowledge of your mind and body to learn about what is preventing you from moving forward and having more in your life. Holistic techniques that can be incorporated include body movement, breathe, energy work, and creativity exercises.
Private Sessions
I offer one-on-one sessions as well as group coachings. Sessions are 45 minutes and are offered by phone or in person, if in Manhattan.
